What is artist management?
Artist management is the driving force behind the success of many talented musicians and performers. It is a multifaceted role that involves overseeing all aspects of an artist's career, from scheduling performances and interviews to managing finances and promoting the artist's work. how do we manage artists?
Through our subsidiary company Elephant Management Group (EMG); we oversee the professional and business aspects of an artist's career. Includes managing the artist's schedule, negotiating contracts and fees, promoting the artist's work, and securing opportunities for the artist to perform or exhibit their work. We may also be involved in the financial management of the artist's career, including budgeting, billing, and accounting. In addition to these practical responsibilities, we may also act as a mentor, coach, or advisor to the artist, helping them to develop their skills and career goals. In short, our role as managers is to help our artists succeed and thrive in their careers.
Even though we have and use contracts for the official artists we work with; our primary focus is to build a relationship first and then build their brand.
We're carefully selective with the artist we work with. We include a 30 - 90 days OPEN CONTRACT process. Where we can represent the artist as our artist without a contract. In between that period, we get to understand the artist and vice-versa. At any time before that period, either the artist or our team can cancel or stop the representation for any reason that may seem unfavorable.
