Our press releases can either be written or recorded communication that we not only publish on our websites but also issue to media outlets for the purpose of announcing newsworthy events. Our press releases can be used to announce a wide variety of things, including new products or services, company developments, new music releases, events, and research findings.

Here are some of the steps involved in creating and distributing our press release:


  1. We first determine the purpose of the press release. What do you want to announce or promote?

  2. Choose the right format for your press release. Press releases can be written or recorded, and can take various forms, such as a traditional text document, a video, or a podcast.

  3. We write the press release starting with a headline that clearly and concisely summarizes the main point of the release. We follow the headline with a summary paragraph that provides more details about the announcement. The body of the press release includes additional information about the announcement, as well as quotes from relevant sources.

  4. We edit and proofread the press release. We make sure the press release is well-written, concise, and free of errors.

  5. We distribute the press release. There are a variety of ways to distribute a press release, including emailing it to journalists and media outlets, posting it on our social media, or using a press release distribution service. And if it aligns with our readers we also send it to them.

  6. We follow up with journalists and media outlets. After distributing the press release. We believe it's a good idea to follow up with journalists and media outlets (CNN, ABC News...) to pitch your story and encourage them to cover it.

The is an example of a short concise artis press release we did for an artis called Markafish. The text, font, and color sheme was all done to cater to the news outlet we sent it to. Each of our press releases are personalized to create an impact to the readers.
